OVERVIEW

Welcome to WLED LAB! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WLED LAB. We operate this website, store, and all associated content, products, and services (the “Services”).

All items sold by WLED LAB are custom LED products intended exclusively for personal, hobby, artistic, experimental, and other non-commercial uses.
Our products are not designed, certified, or approved for commercial, industrial, professional, or safety-critical environments.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

To use the Services, you may need to provide information such as your email address, billing details, and shipping information. You agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and any activity under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

WLED LAB products are custom LED electronics that may require technical knowledge, safe installation practices, and proper electrical handling.

You acknowledge and agree that:

Products are for personal, non-commercial use only.
Products are not suitable or certified for commercial lighting, stage/event setups, industrial systems, emergency equipment, medical devices, aviation, automotive, marine use, or any regulated or mission-critical application.
You are solely responsible for safe installation, wiring, power supply selection, and compliance with local electrical laws or codes.
Product appearance may vary from images shown.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

SECTION 2A – NON-COMMERCIAL USE & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By purchasing or using WLED LAB products, you expressly agree to the following:

1. Non-Commercial Use Only

Products may not be used:

for commercial installation or deployment
in setups for paying clients
in public venues, festivals, or events
in any environment requiring certification or inspection
in safety-critical or regulated systems

2. Installation & Safety Responsibility

You alone are responsible for:

proper wiring, mounting, and securing the product
using correct voltage and power supplies
preventing overheating, fire risk, shorts, or misuse
ensuring compliance with local building and electrical codes

3. Assumption of Risk

LED electronics involve electrical and thermal risks.
By using our products, you assume all risks, including but not limited to:

fire
electrical shock
property damage
personal injury
damage to third-party equipment

4. No Professional Advice

Any diagrams, tips, or support material provided by WLED LAB are informational only and do not constitute professional engineering or electrical advice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion.

All purchases are for personal, non-commercial use only and are subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Prices may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and shipping are additional unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide current and accurate payment information.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only.
Once we hand items to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

We are not responsible for:

customs delays
duties or taxes
lost or delayed shipments
carrier errors

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, designs, and media on the Services are owned by WLED LAB or its licensors.
Use is permitted only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and without warranties. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Third-party websites or materials are not controlled by us. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of external sites.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is powered by Shopify. All transactions are strictly between you and WLED LAB.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

Any feedback you provide may be used by WLED LAB for any purpose without obligation or compensation.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors or cancel orders resulting from inaccurate information.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate intellectual property, privacy, or safety laws.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

WLED LAB specifically disclaims all warranties related to:

commercial or industrial use of products
safety-critical or regulated applications
improper installation, wiring, or power usage

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WLED LAB shall not be liable for:

personal injury
fire, electrical damage, or overheating
property damage
installation errors
incorrect wiring or unsafe power supplies
commercial or industrial misuse
loss of data or profits
direct, indirect, or consequential damages

Your use of our products is entirely at your own risk.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WLED LAB, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

installation, wiring, or operation of our products
third-party use of your setup
violation of electrical codes or safety rules
commercial or industrial misuse
breach of these Terms

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full effect.

SECTION 19 – WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WLED LAB.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without notice.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
You consent to jurisdiction in Toronto, Ontario.

SECTION 22 – HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only.

SECTION 23 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
