Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, at our discretion, after reviewing your case. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please contact us at team@wledlab.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video clearly showing the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

If your exchange request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to deny exchange requests if the item shows signs of misuse, modification, or damage not caused by manufacturing or shipping.
