WLED LAB – Shipping Policy


Made-to-Order Production Timeline

All WLED LAB products are made to order.
Because each item is custom-produced, hand-assembled, or finished specifically for your purchase, production may take 8–12 weeks before your order ships.

This production window is an estimate and may vary depending on:

  • material availability

  • production volume

  • supply chain conditions

  • manufacturing or quality-control steps

Production time is separate from shipping time.
Choosing a faster shipping method does not shorten production time.


Order Processing

Once production is complete, your order will enter the shipping queue. Processing times may vary based on volume.

We may contact you if additional information is needed before shipment.


Shipping & Delivery

After processing, your order will ship via the carrier and service selected at checkout.

All shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Standard shipping

  • Express or priority shipping

  • Upgraded carrier services

  • Shipping paid on exchanges or replacements


Risk & Liability

WLED LAB transfers risk and responsibility to the customer the moment the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.

WLED LAB is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier

  • Damage during transit

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather or customs delays

Customers must file claims with the carrier for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is lost, delayed, or returned:

  • WLED LAB is not liable

  • No refund will be issued

  • Reshipping will require additional payment

We cannot update or reroute a package once it has shipped.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

WLED LAB is not responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • VAT/GST

  • Local taxes

  • Customs fees or inspections

  • Packages held, delayed, or seized by customs

  • Returns caused by unpaid duties or import restrictions

All international customers must comply with their country’s import laws.
If the package is returned due to unpaid fees or customs restriction, no refund will be issued.

Reshipping will require purchase of a new shipping label.


Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.
Tracking updates are controlled solely by the carrier.


Estimated Delivery Times

The 8–12 week timeline applies to production only.

Shipping times vary by region and carrier and are not guaranteed.
Actual delivery may take longer due to:

  • global logistics delays

  • high-volume seasons

  • customs processing

  • carrier backlogs

  • remote destination issues

WLED LAB is not liable for any delays after the package is handed to the carrier.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned due to:

  • missed delivery attempts

  • incorrect address

  • refusal of package

  • unpaid customs fees

No refunds will be issued.
Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable

Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including:

  • Production delays

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Customs issues

  • Refused or unclaimed deliveries

  • Returned-to-sender packages
